As we step into 2025, staying updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is crucial for maintaining optimal performance and leveraging new features. At TheTestMart, we understand the importance of keeping your systems current, which is why we’ve created a downloadable calendar highlighting all the key targeted dates for Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates throughout the year.
Predictable and Flexible Updates
In April 2024, Microsoft introduced more flexibility in scheduling updates for Dynamics 365, changing the cadence at which updates become available. Dynamics 365 updates now follow a predictable schedule, with four updates released annually in February, April, July, and October. This regular cadence ensures that your systems are always equipped with the latest features and improvements.
Customers can take up to four service updates per year and are required to take a minimum of two. Additionally, customers have the option to pause one update at a time, providing further flexibility in managing their update schedules.
